Hi Harish Sir,

Do you see any appreciation if we invest in Lavender fields like for a 1bhk, can we expect some returns by end of the possession? Instead, do you recommend purchasing a 2 bhk around 90 lacs. I’m looking at 2 options, either 1 bhk in Prestige Lavender fields or a 2 bhk in DNR Parklink project. What’s your suggestion for good appreciation as well for rentals?

1. How does this project fare wrt to Rohan, Adarsh and brigade at the same location?
2. Would it be advisable to invest here or in kadugodi, Whitefield on any pre launch property.
3. How do you see the prospects of this location going forward.
4. How much appreciation approx can we expect on top of the already elevated prices of prestige for this project by the time of completion in next 4 years.
