So for all super built up area for the 1600 sq ft 3bhk I am paying 35% extra (without taxes and other charges) from carpet area as carpet area is roughly 1000 sq ft – for that size 3bhk this is ridiculous pricing that too in Shettigere. 15000psft as per carpet area is madness.
