Hi Harish,

They are charging almost 80L for 637sqft of carper area excluding balcony !!! Do you think the carpet area is on a lesser side when we see the price !!!!
Do you think Mana capitol will be a better option

This project seems to be really close to the main road and the layout seems nice, however the carpet area is less. The possession is in Dec 2020.

What would you suggest as rental income from this property? Also, what would you predict the resale value of this in 10 years?

1) Apart from Brand name, what are the major sell points of this project?
2) Does Rs. 6,800 per sqft for a 59 sqmt 2 bhk carpet area seems bit expensive?
3) Is there any project in the same budget in Sarjapur Rd area that you would consider over this?
