Hi Sir ,could you please share your insights about this project….as in will there be appreciation in that locality or not? Do you think it will be a good buy? Also I can see that the purva parkhill is phase 2 and phase 1 is purva highland…..will that pose to be an issue will selling the property in phase 2 lateron considering phase 1 is old.
