even if survey number is correct … there has to be 30 metre buffer between lake and any concrete structure … the boundary wall facing lake may be demolished if it is within 30 m

How to have faith in all approvals after having examples of flats demolition for Sarakki, Puttenahalli and Jaraganahalli Lake, as project like this too beside the lake. Anything to worry for Five Summit? What precaution should be taken care?

Demolitions at Saraki, Puteenhalli & Jaraganahalli is pure mistake from Govt Side. Govt has approved the layouts on lake beds, built Roads, Provided Electricity and all infrastructure support without an idea about it and Now they think that they did the development in lake beds…. If Govt, gets into Scams then probably Citizens may need migrate to other countries. I wont able to comment as of now, Till verdict Comes out from the Court. Builders are planning to handover survey numbers to us for Transparency.
Hi Harish – Can you tell me uf there is a risk of building falling in earth quake because of the swimming pool on terrace. this has happened in ahmedabad in 2001.

As far as i know, Building collapse during earthquake & Swimming Pool on terrace is no where linked. As per Building code of conduct every builder has to follow seismic norms. Without that, Builder will not get NOC for the construction.so, don’t worry.

Plan to buy a four bedroom flat in Five Summits and relocate to Bangalore by mid 2016 . Just visited the project , and yes the location is advantageous in some ways . Does the builder have the necessary clearances from BDA and BBMP? Is there any other apartment project in Whitefield that you would recommend. Also do they have a track record of quality of construction and on time delivery?
Also, given a choice of buying a villa in that area, which are the best three projects in your opinion, and what are their approximate prices?
