I have booked a 3 BHK in I Towers. Is this a good investment both from appreciation and staying perspective.
My other 2 options were Prestige Song of the South and SNN Raj Greenbay. Should i re-look at my decision? Which among these 3 in your opinion will fetch better returns in next few years? The main factor that I liked about I Towers is the location.

I am contemplating between Raj Greenbay and Kolte Patil Extente. Kolte location is great, but the surrounding is not encouraging. Will it be a good place to live after 3 years?

Snn Greenbay is good project to opt for, regarding water concern; as far as we know the cauvery connection is available up to Phase I of electronic city till wipro gate no.5; so in near future the phase II will also be made available, however the project is self sustained with good water conservation system and need not to get worry about the completion as the builder has executed his previous projects as per the committed time.

The pricing for Phase I is Rs. 4850 psft and for P2 is Rs. 4550 psft; which is competitive in pricing considering the location, and min of CAGR appreciation of 7-10% YOY can be expected.
Yes to some extent you may have to bare the pollution, but however builder would take certain measurements by covering with sheets to safe guard for the phase I dwellers, also the plan of construction would be such that the major part of the work in Phase II would be completed before the possession of Phase 1, so that only minor part of the work would continue to happen as per the scheduled time
