Do you know if they have all approvals ?
The project was pre-launched in 2014 and the construction has not yet started.

We agree on your point; and as far as we know the complete approvals have been procured from concerned authority for this project from the developer. The only hitch is, they have encountered the rocky area at the time of excavation so which needs special approvals for excavating the same because there was lot of noise pollution where the neighbours had to complain; so the excavation is going manually and would get completed in another two months time.
The overall completion of the project is expected tentativly by Dec 2019
Hi Harish I really liked the project but a friend tells me its priced expensive. What is ur opinion on the project at current rates and are there any other projects I could look at around Bannerghatta JP Nagar area to help take a better call?
